Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for ZJ Rent a Car Karachi:

1. Cancellation by the Customer: a. If the customer cancels the booking more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, there will be no cancellation fee. b. If the customer cancels the booking less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total rental cost will be charged.
2. Cancellation by ZJ Rent a Car Karachi: a. If ZJ Rent a Car Karachi cancels the booking due to unforeseen circumstances, such as a breakdown of the rental vehicle or a situation that makes it impossible to provide the rental service, the customer will receive a full refund. b. If ZJ Rent a Car Karachi cancels the booking due to the customer’s breach of the rental agreement, such as providing false information or failing to meet the rental requirements, no refund will be issued.

Please note that cancellations must be made by phone or email at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, please get in touch with us immediately at the provided phone number or email address.

ZJ Rent a Car Karachi reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy without prior notice.
